Email every client who’s visited your tattoo shop.
Clients sign your waiver form on their phone. Each one gets their aftercare instructions by email the moment they sign, and each one who opts in hears from you after: a Google review ask, a touch-up check-in, your flash days. Set each one once in your dashboard, and it goes by itself.
How it works
- 1
Clients opt in as they sign
Clients sign your waiver form on their phone. Each one who opts in to hear from you joins your email list, so it grows with every visit.
- 2
Aftercare goes by itself
The moment a client signs, they get a thank-you from your shop with their aftercare instructions attached. It’s on from the start, and you can rewrite every word.
- 3
Ask for a Google review
Add your Google review link and turn it on. The day after a visit, each client who opted in gets one email asking for a review.
- 4
Flash days and holidays
Friday the 13th, Halloween, Black Friday: switch a day on, add your flash sheet, your hours and your prices, and its email goes out by itself.
Or write your own email and send it to everyone who opted in.
1,000 emails a month come with your waiver form.
- Your waivers.tattoo account
- $50 a year or $5 a month
- Your waiver form, your client list and 1,000 emails a month to your clients.
- Pro, when you want more
- $150 a year or $15 a month
- 5,000 emails a month to your clients, and texting from your shop’s own number.
- On top of your account, in one checkout from your dashboard.
Your first 10 waivers are free, and aftercare instructions, a Google review ask and a touch-up check-in go out from the first one. Your flash days and your own emails start once you activate, $50 a year.
Straight answers
Who gets my emails?
Every client who writes their email gets the thank-you with their aftercare. Your review ask, your flash days and your own emails go to each client who opted in to hear from you when they signed.
Can a client stop the emails?
Yes. Every email after the thank-you ends with a link to unsubscribe, and a client who uses it gets no more emails from your shop.
What happens at 1,000 emails?
The thank-you keeps going, and everything else waits for the 1st of the month. Pro gives you 5,000 a month.
Can I write my own email?
Yes. Write it in your dashboard, pick who gets it, and send it. It counts toward your month.
Do my clients have to sign your waiver form?
Yes. Your email list is the clients who opt in when they sign your waiver form, and that box is what lets you email them.
